This hotel offers comfortable rooms with a great view of the castle from the balcony, however, the service at the reception desk was grumpy. The location is right in the center of Bled by the river, making it very convenient. The dining experience includes seasonal products, but there were some issues with the facilities.
I was delighted by the stunning view of the castle from my room and the cozy table placed between the beds. Watching the castle from the balcony was a real treat. However, the hotel needs a serious refurbishment as it feels outdated and old.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a lovely renovated bathroom. The location was excellent, very close to the beautiful Bled lake. The dining experience was delightful with a delicious cheese selection. However, the service at the reception desk was lacking, and the staff seemed grumpy. Facilities were good overall.

The hotel offers a stunning view of the castle and boasts a newly renovated bathroom in the rooms. The location is very close to the beautiful Bled Lake, only a short three-minute walk from some excellent restaurants. The dining experience includes delicious Japanese dishes. The facilities are top-notch, but the property needs serious refurbishment to update its outdated elements.
